This workshop has been designed to maximize our photography opportunities to shoot as many species as possible that the Falklands has to offer. We will be photographing on five different islands on these workshops! The trip will allow for opportunities to photograph newborn penguins as well as possibly Orcas hunting close to shore for Sea Lion pups. The trip will also be spectacular for chick and parent interaction at the penguin and albatross colonies that we will be visiting. At many destinations around the Islands, visitors will find themselves alone in a rookery, on the hillside or by a waters-edge, able to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells as a very personal encounter. The birds here not bothered by human presence and will often come right up to you out of curiosity!
