BC Interior Grizzly Bears

All bears are beautiful, however the Interior Grizzly Bears in the Chilcotin, Cariboo region are exceptional with their blonde and brown fur coats against the bright blue waters of BC. This workshop is ideal for those who would love to experience the “Old Wild West”, stay in a log cabin and have the opportunity to view and photograph BC’s amazing grizzly bears and bald eagles. Bald Eagles are around the river but the main focus is the grizzlies.

Your tour begins at Williams Lake, BC travelling throughout the Chilcotin region experiencing incredible landscapes from pine forests to desert looking mountain ranges. Be surprised to see white- tailed deer, herds of cattle and wild horses grazing on the range. Stop at the general store and you might run into a real cowboy, hat, boots and all.  Experience the beauty of western Canada and photograph grizzly bears in their natural environments.

Photograph Grizzly Bears in the region from land and boat. In September capture these amazing bears with fall colors against blue river waters. Photograph bald eagles and bears fishing the salmon run. Bears are beautiful with thick coats and large bellies eating as much as possible before winter.
